Swimming in the Charcones – what a Lanzarote-Feeling<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We start at the meeting point of the old seawater desalination plant of Yaiza. We drive along the coast towards the south, on a gravel road before we start hiking a small path along the cliffs, with great views from above onto the rocks and the roaring sea below us. The rocks here often have very special shapes and invite you to stay. We look for a sheltered spot (bathing is allowed on request) and return to the starting point after a long rest. The way back on the gravel road will be easy – so you don’t have to face a strenouos walk after your experience with the sea. On our way there is a lot of information about the history of Lanzarote in connection with the sea, salt and wildlife.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Length: 6-8 km (depending on the hiking variant)

Difficulty: 1\/ 5 \/ getting down to the actual charcones may be 3\/5
Terrain: 1\/5 – deber\u00edas ser capaz de caminar sobre un terreno irregular
Si quieres nadar, por favor trae un traje de ba\u00f1o\/toalla y zapatos de nadar (hay erizos alla)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deber\u00edas tener lo siguiente contigo:<\/strong> Protecci\u00f3n solar, suficiente agua (aprox. 1 l por persona), merienda, una chaqueta ligera \u2013 si hace viento, equipo de fotograf\u00eda, zapatos resistentes\/zapatos cerrados
Tenga en cuenta: no hay<\/strong> posibilidad de comprar bebidas o bocadillos en el camino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
