How does it work with the bookings for excursions and excursions at Lanzarote-Feeling?

Preparation

As soon as the travel period is fixed and the trip to Lanzarote is booked, we recommend to fill out our contact form, so that we can keep you informed about program changes and current offers in your travel period.

Filling out the contact form is absolutely without obligation – even if you already request a specific tour there.

Since we only travel in very small groups, it often happens that tours are already fully booked in advance. Therefore we recommend to book your desired tours as early as possible.

By the way, you can always send us a request to add a certain tour to our program in your travel period.

A binding registration is only possible by eMail.

Short term changes regarding time, meeting point or information about the expected weather can be communicated via messaging systems like WhatsApp, Telegram or Signal – therefore we ask for your phone number in the contact form.

Booking

If you want to book a tour bindingly, then you confirm this informally in our email communication.

You will then receive a booking confirmation from us with the booked service, the total price and the date of the tour.

You can cancel your tour in any case within one day after receiving the booking confirmation free of charge. You can find the cancellation policy at the end of this document.

Realization of the excursion

You will usually receive a reminder 24 to 48 hours before the tour (at the latest the evening before the booked excursion) with the exact time of the start and a link to the meeting point – as well as information about the current weather (clothing, amount of water etc.).

Prices and payment

The prices for the standard tours can be found in the respective tour description here on our website. For special requests etc. you can find more information here.

You can pay in cash after the tour – alternatively you can transfer the tour price in advance. In the latter case you should express this wish together with the booking, so that we can inform you about our bank details in time.

If you need an invoice, we also ask for a corresponding note in connection with the booking.

Cancellation conditions & registration deadline

Registration deadline for tours from the program is always 24 hours before the start of the tour.

Cancellations up to 2 weeks before the booked tour or within two days after receiving the booking confirmation are free.
Cancellation up to 1 week before the tour: 50% of the tour price (=total price without possibly agreed pick-up).
For cancellations within the last 6 days before the scheduled tour, the full tour price must be paid.

If the booking is made and confirmed three days (or less) before the scheduled tour, it can be cancelled free of charge up to a maximum of 24 hrs before the tour.

For no-shows, the full total price must be paid.

No-shows means that the participant does not show up at the meeting point or the place of pick-up or cancels 24 hours before the start of the booked service (after the registration deadline). The next paragraph applies here as well:

In the case of verifiable cancellation that is not self-inflicted (doctor’s certificate, force majeure, etc.), 20% of the tour price is to be paid as a handling fee.

In the event of a cancellation on our part, you will of course be refunded any advance payments already made. If we are forced to change the date of a planned tour or offer an alternative tour due to weather conditions, you can cancel free of charge.
