Short description: From Caleta del Sebo via Pedro Barba, Playa Lambra and the rock arches Majapolas (if necessary further to Playa Conchas), by jeep back to Caleta del Sebo.
Long description: We hike from Caleta del Sebo on unpaved, sandy roads, paths and also narrow trails along the sea to Pedro Barba, a very picturesque village in the north of La Graciosa, which is no longer permanently inhabited.
After a rest, we continue on a sandy road to Playa Lambra and from there to the impressive rock arches of Majapolas. Here is time for another break, to take pictures and enjoy, before the jeep picks us up and drives back to Caleta del Sebo.
Alternatively, we hike from here to Playa de las Conchas (about 2.5 km) and let the jeep pick us up there.
At the harbor in Caleta del Sebo we can have some refreshments before we go back to the ferry.
As always there is a lot of interesting and entertaining information about history, flora and fauna as well as geology on this tour. Also on La Graciosa we will give you the Lanzarote feeling – promised!
